Our website doesn’t have a contact form, however, if you choose to email Michèle using the address on her contact page, the information you choose to share from your email provider will be automatically made available to her. Please see ‘Your Contact Information’ below, for more details.

Cookies are very small bits of information the can help improve your overall website experience, by providing us with information about you and your computer and your behaviour on our website.

We can also see demographical data such as your age and gender, depending on your computer settings. To ensure compliance with GDPR, we have enabled IP address anonymisation, so we can no longer see your geographical location.

The primary method for communicating with Michèle is via e-mail.  Typically when you send an email, your First name and Surname will be made available to the recipient, unless you’ve specifically chosen otherwise. This information is stored securely with Microsoft, where it is encrypted and heavily safe-guarded.

How we protect your data

Any communications you have with Michèle via e-mail are fully encrypted and secured with randomly-generated passwords. Absolutely no personal data is stored on our website or associated servers.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Michèle’s devices are all equipped with tracking software. This can be used to locate the device geographically, should it go missing. The software used also provides us with a way of remotely wiping and deactivating the device so that it becomes useless in the wrong hands.

In line with the new regulations being introduced by the government around protecting data I hold about clients, this is to clarify to you how I collect, use, store and protect any personal data I hold about you.

The following explains my procedures and should be read in conjunction with the contract that you sign at the beginning of our work together.

At the start of our work, you complete a hard copy form with your Contact Details detailing your name, address, email, preferred contact numbers and details of your GP.

In addition, depending on how we contact each other, I may also have your email address on my computer and your contact numbers on my mobile phone.

I keep brief written notes of our sessions. These are hard copy I do not keep notes on my computer.

All hard copy information is kept securely, and any contact details are kept separately from notes. In accordance with professional advice, I keep notes and contact details for 5 years after the end of our work.

If you would like me to destroy your details when we finish, please let me know.

Any electronic data ie email/contact numbers are kept on my personal computer and my mobile and both are password-protected.

You have the right to access any information I keep and can do this by arrangement with me.

If you would like me to delete any electronic data I hold then please let me know.

I do not share any personal data I hold about you unless given specific permission by you.
