On qualifying from the Veronica Orr Beauty School in Surrey in 1985, I worked as a Manager and Beauty Therapist at Goodwood Country Club Hotel. Then afterwards worked as a Beauty Therapist at Harrods in London, I moved to Australia working in Sydney until approached to set up a Salon in Melbourne.

On my return to the UK, my experience gave me the confidence to set up my own business. In order to run this business successfully and give first-class customer service, I needed to find a company that could supply a full range of skincare products.
